What Do The Different Order Statuses Mean?

Processing: We have received the payment and are preparing the order for the shipment. Normally The processing time will take 24-48 Hrs, we will send you the tracking number by sms/email once we shipped it out.

Complete/Shipped: It Means we have shipped your order out. Please check the tracking number through the sms/email notification we sent you.

Closed: This means that your order has been automatically canceled by the bank and refunded. It could be that your shipping address is different from your billing address, or your credit card has an insufficient level of security. Please try other payment methods to reorder the hair if you need it.

Canceled/Pending: The order has been canceled automatically after no payment was received. Please make the payment asap if you need the hair.
